Welcome to Care Medical System & Services Co.

We have made a modest start offering Home Care Services in 2012 by the name of “Healthy-Life Establishment” with a vision to serve the patients at their homes. As we progressed our management started understanding the needs of clients better in the field of New Born & Toddler Care, Elderly Care and Post Hospital Recovery.

Later, we realised that a bigger infrastructure is required to take care of the growing needs in Home Health Care. That made our management to restructure the existing facilities under the name of “BioSystems Co.”. Our journey in the field of Health Care continued with a mission to learn and improve continuously.

As the Health Care industry grew infinitely all over the world, many new players started new ventures in the field, making it competitive. To stay in the lead, our management decided to upskill our Care Givers, orienting them in new technologies to make them capable of providing better services. We acquired a bigger identity by the name “Care Medical System & Services Co.” which now has entered into its 8th Year of services as a “Brand” in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Motto of our Company is to provide compassionate care at home to New Born Toddlers, Elderly & post Hospital Cases assisting in their daily routines and making them as comfortable as possible.

SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

Life now is much busier than before, keeping the people occupied in their work. There may not be sufficient time for the household to look after the long-term patients and babies round the clock. However, every patient needs assistance with bedside protocols, Medications, Feeding, etc as prescribed on regular basis every day. Therefore, many clients are seeking support from outside source like us.

Our Home Care Services are designed to provide the backup for client need to look after the requirements of their patients, record their vital signs, provide bedside care, companionship and alerting the concerned people in case of an emergency.

“Care Medical System & Services Co.” is a Saudi Owned lead by the General Manager, Mr.Mohammed AlAnazi ably supported by Executive Manager, Mr.Rana Sen, an Indian National serving the Anazi Group in Various activities, MA Grac Siliacay, a Filipino National working in the Home Care Field for the last 15 Years is in charge of Operations and Mr.Mithun Sen with 15 Years of Administrative Experience in India, UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Our Staff

OUR DUTY STAFF

Most of our Care Givers are Filipinos, Male/Female. All of them are well trained as per to the standards of TESDA / American International Group, Dubai Health Authority and Saudi Hearts Association. They complete 120hours of study of theory and practical's confirming to the global standards. In addition, it is mandatory for them to complete the job training in a good hospital. Only then they are inducted into the work initially as relievers and later as regular Care Givers. Besides our company conducts weekly orientation programs as a part of our continuous nursing education program.

STAFF CLASSIFICATION

Based up on their learning process, orientation in extra skills, experience in routine cases, critical cases, new born care, etc. Our staff are classified by merit and assigned as per to the needs of a particular patient.

APPROVALS & ASSIGNMENT

Based on the needs and advice of the client, CV’s will be provided for approval. On approval, client need to sign a contract and pay the agreed amount and confirm the booking. After receiving the payment, selected worker will be deployed with 24 hrs.

FREE REPLACEMENT

If the client is not satisfied with the service of a particular Care Giver, they have a right to demand a free replacement within 3 days after starting the work.

REFUND POLICY

Client is allowed to cancel the contract by giving 3 days' notice. Value of the days worked inclusive of the 3 days' notice period will be deducted pro rata and the balance shall be refunded within 3 working days.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE

Our Company or the particular Care Giver is not liable for any indemnity in case the client is not satisfied with the efficiency of treatment or medication prescribed by a Doctor or Hospital.

DISCLAIMER

Any private agreements, transactions between client & worker are considered to be illegal and unethical. Our company will not take any responsibility on the outcome of such agreement or transaction and may initiate a legal action in self protection.
